The Garden at Ibis is the second home operated by Audubon Gardens Group, established in 2025. Located in Orlando's Audubon Park neighborhood, it follows the same care model that defines The Garden at Bennett — small-home, high-acuity, clinically staffed residential care.
Like Bennett, every shift at The Garden at Ibis is staffed by a CNA and an LPN working together. Six residents. Two clinicians. The math that makes relationship-based care possible.
The Garden at Ibis accepts residents through Florida's APD iBudget Waiver and the Florida Community Cares (ICMC) program.
What Makes Ibis Different
- Six residents, two staff per shift. The same 3:1 ratio that defines our care model — a CNA and LPN together on every shift.
- 24/7 nursing presence. An LPN is on-site around the clock, providing continuous clinical oversight.
- Built on a proven model. The Garden at Ibis replicates the care approach established at The Garden at Bennett.
- Licensed by APD and AHCA. Fully licensed for serving medically acute and complex adults with IDD.
