We operate two intimate group home locations — The Garden at Bennett and The Garden at Ibis — where nursing care is personal, intentional, and grounded in a genuine culture of excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, mission-aligned Director of Nursing (DON) or Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership across both homes. This is an opportunity to help shape a care environment where quality is not a metric — it's the foundation.
