"Our mission is to create a luxurious residential environment where individuals can thrive with respect, purpose, and esteem, while actively engaging in their community."
Audubon Gardens Group was founded on a belief that every adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserves to live in a real home, with warmth, respect, and genuine community around them.
With 19 years of combined experience, our staff are highly trained, compassionate professionals who chose this work because it matters. Our homes are intentionally small, because real connection happens when every resident is known by name, by story, and by heart.
We are licensed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), reflecting our commitment to excellence in residential care.
Every service we provide is designed to support the whole person in an environment that truly feels like home.
Continuous nursing services provided by licensed LPN or RN staff, round-the-clock. Our team is always present through nights, weekends, and holidays, because our residents deserve consistent, expert support every single day.
Accurate administration and monitoring coordinated with each resident's care team.
Home-cooked meals meeting dietary needs, shared together at the table.
Respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and all daily activities.
Community activities including gardening, movies, and social engagement.
Seamless coordination with physicians, specialists, and therapists.
